This quick and healthy main course dish can be made in about 15 minutes – making it an ideal home-from-work supper.

2 x 225g (8oz) fresh tuna steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
410g can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 yellow or green pepper, deseeded and chopped
75g (3oz) fine green beans, chopped
4 spring onions, trimmed and chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp Mizkan Seasoned Rice Vinegar
100ml (3 ½ fl oz) vegetable stock
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Finely sliced spring onions, to garnish

Method:
Preheat a char-grill pan or grill. Brush the tuna steaks with the olive oil.

Tip the cannellini beans into a saucepan and add the pepper, green beans, spring onions, tomatoes, tomato puree, Mizkan Seasoned Rice Vinegar, stock, lemon zest and seasoning. Bring up to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Char-grill or grill the tuna steaks for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Serve with the beans and vegetables and garnish with sliced spring onions.
