Oriental-Style Chicken
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, skinned 8 tbsp Mitsukan Rice Vinegar garlic cloves (optional) fresh thyme 1-2 tbsp thin honey 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard salt and freshly ground black pepper new potatoes, cooked and kept warm 1lb french beans, cooked and kept warm 4-6 spring onions (optional) Method 1. Mix together the 6 tablespoons of vinegar, garlic, thyme, honey and mustard. 2. Pour over the chicken breasts and leave to marinade for at least one hour 3. Cook in a medium oven for about 30 minutes and if necessary brush with oil to keep moist. 4. Mix the potatoes and beans together, add chopped spring onions and the remaining vinegar. Season according to taste. 5. Serve the hot chicken with the salad
