Pasta Salad
A quick and easy pasta salad with few ingredients but a delicious taste. Serves four. Ingredients: 300g spaghetti Dressing: 2 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced 1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped handful or coriander, picked and coarsely chopped 2 tsp Japanese soy sauce 3 tsp Mitsukan Seasoned Rice Vinegar little fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped ½ tsp sesame oil 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil Method: Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Do not over cook it. As soon is it is just tender pour through a colander to drain and transfer to a large serving bowl. While the spaghetti is cooking mix all the dressing ingredients except the two oils. The spaghetti should be mixed with the dressing while it is still hot. When cool, stir in the olive and sesame oils and toss well. Serve either warm or chilled
