Brie Salad
Ingredients: Ripe brie 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced 1 Pimento Mitsukan Seasoned Rice Vinegar Dash olive oil Paprika Ruby chard or lettuce Method: Pre-heat the grill. Grill the pimento until slightly soft and a little browned. Turn frequently. Remove and slice thickly. Wash the ruby chard/lettuce. Place in a mixing bowl. Add the pimento and sliced pepper. Season. Mix together the Mitsukan Seasoned Rice Vinegar, olive oil and paprika. Add slices of brie and add the dressing. Mix well. Serve. NB: For a main meal salad allow 125g of brie, alternatively serve small individual portions as a side salad.
